Mote W. Andrews IV joined the firm in 2011 after completing an internship at predecessor Rowland & Company and became partner in 2015. He is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance and hails from Columbus, Georgia. Mote is one of the principal portfolio managers of the firm; he is responsible for maintaining the quantitative model that underpins the equity selection process.
