Charles R. Dickerson, Sr. joined predecessor Rowland & Company in 1985 as a portfolio manager. Charles served as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer from 2014 to 2025. He now serves as a consultant to Rowland Miller + Partners and sits on the investment committee. Charles holds a Finance & Business degree from Vanderbilt University and is a native of McDonough, Georgia.
