Charles R. Dickerson, Sr. joined predecessor Rowland & Company in 1985 as a portfolio manager. Since 2014 he has served as Chief Compliance Officer and sits on the investment committee. He holds a Finance & Business degree from Vanderbilt University and is a native of McDonough, Georgia.
